Richard Nyong was arrested on March 11 for the collapse of the five
storey building in Lekki that killed about 35 people. Chief
Superintendent of Police Mr. Eno-Edobor Thomas had requested that Nyong
remained in jail while investigations were concluded but a Magistrate
