2 months ago MTN introduced what I call XtraBytes, this service is aimed at borrowing you data to pay with airtime credit later. The cheat above is something close to that, but XtraData allows you to buy data for browsing and airtime for calling, it’s like buying Data + Talk time bundle.

Don’t mistake the service for the above tweak. You could risk owning MTN an unpayable debt. Worst case, you will abandoned that line which could be your most important line. 

So therefore, think before you try it out. It’s just a warning, perhaps, if you insist, there is always no harm in trying, but do so using a rarely used MTN line. Thanks, have a blessed day!
