How Big Do You See God?

When I was little, I believed my earthly father can do anything for me, all I have to do is ask. I believed so much in him, things like school fees, clothes, especially Christmas clothes, the kinds with the “new smell”, games, food and sweets was guaranteed. I believed my father is so rich. I boast then in school, my daddy can get this for me, or that.

Now I am grown, matured we might say, I have come to know more of My Heavenly Father, and he is way richer and more powerful.
How do you see God? In what capability do you see him?

Like parents, or an adult, when we have an idea that someone believes in us on a particular thing, we do our best not to disappoint. For example, say you are a mechanic and your name is Femi, your boss is Mr Ambode, there is a fault on a particular car, it seemed impossible to sort, but Mr Ambode said, call Femi, if anyone can sort this she’s the one. Just that statement, you will do more than your best to aid that believe Mr Ambode has of you.

So I ask you again, how do you see God, in what capability or Ability do you see God?

Most of the time, we think God won’t understand, let me do it this way, or you turn Professor and try to teach God what to do. Let me analyze that, Am giving you a free ride to your house that I have been many times and then You are giving me directions, “you will turn right there” you say, you know that look on my face, yeah that’s how God probably looks at you when you say God this is what I want by fire by force, and him Knowing there is something bigger coming for you.

Of what Ability do you see God? Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all ways Acknowledge him and he Will surely direct your path.

What do you even know? You that don’t know if tomorrow is guaranteed, so what do you know? How you see God determines how much he will show himself for you.

You can’t be on the Fence with God, you can’t outsmart God, you are either for him or against him. You can’t Tailor your relationship with God to suit you, it has to be for him. Honor God, Adore him, Trust in him completely, see how big He is, see How Mighty, see how Glorious. Now look at your so called problems, and I ask again How do you see God, in what Capability do you see God?

Don’t clench on things you can’t control, things You are confused about and don’t understand yourself, bring it to him, surrender it all to Father and say, In the Capability of your Abilities, Father have your way.
